denied是deny過去式，用法和deny相同，一般deny後面接什麼它都可以接什麼。
1）vt.否定/否認，結構是：deny sth；deny doing sth = deny having done sth
如：He denied the signature.
他否認這是他的簽名。
He denied knowing anything about their plans.
= He denied having known anything about their plans.
他否認知悉他們的計劃。
2）拒絕給予 = refuse to give，結構是：deny sb sth = deny sth to sb
He denied the money to his son.
= He denied his son the money.
他拒絕給兒子錢。
3）vt.拋棄/背棄
He has denied his party and his principles.
他背棄了他的黨和他的原則。
