agree with和agree to的區別有：
一、意思不同
1、agree with表示同意某人或某人的意見、想法、分析、解釋等 (即持同一觀點)；表示“ (食物、天氣、工作等)對…適宜”；表示“與…一致”。
2、agree to主要用來表示一方提出一項建議、安排、計劃等，另一方同意協作。
二、後接賓語不同
1、agree with作“適宜”時，主語多為表示氣候、環境、食物等方面的名詞，賓語多為人。
2、agree to後的賓語主要是arrangement、conditions、plan、proposals、suggestions、terms等。
